Stephen Tee - LLB Auckland
Stephen has more than 30 years of experience, primarily in civil litigation, family, property and employment law. He has appeared in the Court of Appeal and appears in the High Court and District Court and various Tribunals on a regular basis. He has also appeared in numerous arbitration hearings and mediations. His emphasis is upon problem solving by providing cost effective solutions.
Stephen is married to Cristine and has three children. In his spare time Stephen enjoys surfing, diving, fishing, yoga and the occasional game of golf.
John Morton - LLB Auckland
John has more than 40 years of experience as a Barrister and Solicitor. His principal areas of practice are property and business transactions, estate planning and trust arrangements.
He enjoys time at Orapiu on Waiheke Island, always has a book on hand and perseveres with Yoga.
Caroline Pope
Caroline is likely to be your first point of contact with Morton Tee. In addition to secretarial duties, Caroline's role also covers areas of administration. Caroline has worked in law practices since the early 1980s as a Legal Secretary and has recently joined our practice.
Caroline lives on the North Shore where she has raised her family but she is still a good Welsh girl at heart.
Cristine Tee
Cristine has worked with Morton Tee since 2005 managing the Trust Account Administration and all areas of Practice Management. She works closely with both Partners and staff to implement and maintain procedures and ensure the smooth operation of the firm.
A passion for yoga enables her to balance a busy family life and also run a Yoga Holiday company specialising in retreats to the Cook Islands
